Beginnings

So far I have installed ruby and I have found the IRB. I need to install a database and setup my IDE.

was getting

/usr/bin/ruby: no such file to load — ubygems (LoadError)

when trying to run ruby script in e or cygwin. Had to install rubygems from within cygwin terminal and then it worked
